The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) has granted an automatic six-month extension to those projects which had submitted a complete TI application in the Transition Incentive Program on/before the effective date of the Order—June 24, 2021.
Following this Order, eligible TI projects which meet the necessary criteria will receive a new expiration date of April 30, 2022. Below, you will find details of which projects are eligible for the six-month extension and which projects are not eligible.
