You can contact us via your preferred method - email or call - to report any issues. Even if it’s just a quick question about your solar system, please reach out. We strive to be as responsive as possible, but given the large volume of people contacting YSG each day, replies can take up to 72 hours. Please bear with us, we will get back to you as soon as possible. In addition, solar systems with monitoring functionality will notify us of any system failures.
What happens next?
Once you’ve reported your support issue, we will act to resolve the problem as efficiently as possible. With the information you’ve provided, we’ll troubleshoot remotely to see if we can solve things quickly. After completing the remote troubleshooting, if the problem cannot be resolved, we will contact you to schedule a visit from one of our technicians, at your convenience, of course.
