We strive to be as responsive as possible, but given the large volume of people contacting YSG each day, replies can take up to 72 hours. Once you’ve reported your support issue, we will act to resolve the problem as efficiently as possible. With the information you’ve provided, we’ll troubleshoot remotely to see if we can solve things quickly. After completing the remote troubleshooting, if the problem cannot be resolved, we will contact you to schedule a visit from one of our technicians, at your convenience, of course.
